Also do you simple go on Google and download these Lead Magnets and make them available on your fb site for download? I'd like to see how you employ it, if you don't mind providing your fb address so I can see how they work.

Does it really pay to pay for the Facebook Adwords where you pay each day; or the Boost Post or what about their Promote Page? Are there any success stories or waste of time, or waste of money stories out there?

I have been a typical landlord who is just now embracing social media to take my business to the next level as an aspiring rehabber. I paid for a facebook business page (www.facebook.com/FleuriotHomes) to be built, I got a professional real estate website built (www.FleuriotHomes.com) now how do I drive traffic to generate leads? Do I really have to get a twitter and Instagram account, or start friending random people that I don't know, just to bring my friend and Like #s up?
