Has anyone tried to use those people finder sites to get information on a tenant you have a judgement against? If so what is the best one to find current place of employment to garnish wages?

Thanks for the quick reply, a 6 months seasoning period would work for me.

I would rather wait the 6 months and pull 75% of the appraisal value out.

Are you able to do these loans in the Business LLC name and not personal?

Also what are the rate and terms on these?

I am looking for a bank where i can do a cash out refinance on properties i buy with Cash that will lend in the Cleveland Ohio area.

I have called around but not that many banks will do a cash out refinance without a long seasoning period.

My partner and i have the experience we have flipped about 10 houses and currently manage about 50 apts .

I plan on buying a rehab with cash and using cash for the repairs and the refinancing out all my money.

Basically the BRRRR strategy. rough numbers at buy for 40-50k put in 20-30k appraise for 90-100K and pull out 70-75% of that.

Just need some more money to scale.

I have a tenant who i evicted last year and we got a 2,500 wage garnishment against her. She just changed jobs and i unfortunately don't have a Social Security Number for her since i inherited her when i bought the place. (I know i should of got it before, Lesson Learned)

Anyone have any ideas of how i can find where she works or get her SS #. My Eviction attorney said he uses a detective to find where someone works but needs a SS#.

Looking to connect with some Bigger Pockets members in the Jacksonville Florida area. I maybe moving down there part of the year and would like to start investing in that area.

I currently live in Cleveland Ohio and own and self manage 40 apt units with another investor i also work a 9-5 job now. I am looking to get into real estate full time later on this year. I have cash now to do 1-2 rehabs at a time, i have partnered with other investors on flips before. I am looking to do 5-8 in 2017 and 10-12 rehabs in 2018.

Are there any BP meet ups in Jacksonville or other REIA meetings. If so please let me know. I am going to be in the Jacksonville area next week for a week and would like to meet up with some other investors if any one is free.
