Thanks for the advice Everyone. I do not want to get a job I do not like the idea. I would like to work for myself.

I would like opinions on how could I could get started rei. I have good credit no income due to lay offs. No funds living with family. I would like a muti unit, fix flip. Thanks

So the big question is do you have a job.

If no job get one first. Then save money, keep reading about real estate and look for a buyer that you can feed deals to.

 How do other's do this without a job?
