Try joining local Facebook groups for the area of interest you're in - i.e. "Real Estate Investors of Indianapolis" (there are several groups with title variations of that sort). You can post ads via marketplace on Facebook, too - just make sure anyone you vet is licensed and insured. You get what you pay for and paying for someone to protect your asset physically and financially is one thing you need to ensure you vet correctly.

Best of luck to you!!
