What do you mean by passive investing in multi family?  I am interested in multi family.  I’m listing to podcasts and I’m about to read Brandon Turner’s book on the subject. I have job with CVS which its future is in certain. I really appreciate all the information you’ve given me. If there’s anything else you can think of, please let me know. I really appreciate it. Thank you.

They are offering $300 go 2 years of basic, whatever that entails.  Can their basic get someone started in investing or do you have to jump into their more expensive option?

Has anyone on BP worked  with or is familiar with this man and his seminars?

thank you

I have  been driving for dollars and have found properties that looked as if no-one was living there & others that needed work.. (they all needed work)  There are no for sale signs and they are not listed on realtor.com.  How can I find the names and addresses of the owners to ask them if they want to sell.. Also, how can I tell if its a neighborhood people would want to rent in?

Thank you all for the information.  It answers a lot of questions. I do not have a deal yet, the first thing I am working on is seeing what kind of money needed and where to get it.  Thank you all

Can or is it advisable to borrow from a retirement account to do a deal?   If yes, to whom is the interest payed to? would it be to my retirement account? I need capitol to finance my first deal. Is it possible to do this and borrow from other sources to finance my first deal? or is it advisable to borrow at all to finance a first deal?
