I’m currently doing my research on purchasing a short term vacation rental and plan on using Airbnb and HomeAway to rent it. Ive already reached out to a few of you on here and have got great information. I just wanted to reach out and see has anyone had success and could you share how well your property does for the whole year in the poconos area. I’m beginning in the carbon county for my search.

I am located in Philadelphia I own a couple triplexes I'm looking to have a 2BR apartment updated and a 3BR apartment updated. Would anyone be able to recommend general contractors that work in the Philadelphia area?

Hello BP I have 2 properties and currently in the process of acquiring my 3rd. I have been cave man styling I guess the paperwork on the 2. I would like to become a little more organized. Just want to get some ideas on how you guys manage all the paperwork. Thanks Josh

Hey BP family,

I heard of this site through a co worker who is a investor. I started watching the podcasts and lurking these forums for a few months and have been hooked ever since. I currently own a triplex that I house hack. I bought this property last year. Didn't know I was house hacking until I started watching the pod casts. There is a ton of good info on here.

I am currently looking for my next small multi family property 2-4 units. I am looking in Philadelphia and Philadelphia suburbs. 250k and below. Looking to network with other investors in my area. And if anyone has a experienced realtors or lenders they use would be greatly appreciated.
