Hey BP family,

I heard of this site through a co worker who is a investor. I started watching the podcasts and lurking these forums for a few months and have been hooked ever since. I currently own a triplex that I house hack. I bought this property last year. Didn't know I was house hacking until I started watching the pod casts. There is a ton of good info on here.

I am currently looking for my next small multi family property 2-4 units. I am looking in Philadelphia and Philadelphia suburbs. 250k and below. Looking to network with other investors in my area. And if anyone has a experienced realtors or lenders they use would be greatly appreciated.
