I am in OC. So we are about an hour away. I end up buying in Georgia. I think Texas (Dallas, Forthworth) is great if you can find something and not over pay , the Carolinas , Florida, and Georgia is great market as well. What is your investment criteria ? I will pm you the management company info.

I didn’t end up buying in Ohio. I was getting close but find an investment opportunities somewhere else . I have contacted property management in Cincinnati and Columbus and still have their info. If you are interested I can give you the info.

@Brandon B. @Brian Adams how much money typical sponsor/syndicator put in the Deal themselves ? What is the norms ? 5%?  Also what is the typical asset management and sponsor fee ?

I am also looking at Tampa market but heard I should stay away from Florida market near the ocean (Tampa, Sarasota , Jacksonville) due to high insurance cost and hurricanes. Just curious about what do you think ? I am looking for multi units
