Hello to all of the investor's.

I have a Q that I hope someone will make sense to me.

I am only starting and i found a deal I might like but once I checked whats the tax from the county I see that the  Assessment-Land -Assmt.-Improvements and the Total Assessment .

Are low from the asking price.

I understand that the county is calculating the tax from it .

what are the disadvantage and advantage by purchasing a duplex from an IRA

I got a deal that was owned by EQUITY TRUST CO CUSTODIAN FBO xxxxxx IRA
from the reviews it seems that they are not doing well for their customers having said that I am not thinking to be one of their clients but I have an opportunity to buy from them throw a broker 

any opinions will be welcome
