Hey everybody, Im very new to my real estate & i'm hoping to earn my stripes by finding a buyer and finding a few wholesale deals and earn my way up the ranks. I dont have much money to invest in a house but i can do some marketing. How do you guys suggest i set up a strategy to find these off market deals in order to get a deal in. Also, how do i go about checking the county records for foreclosures. I know that's also a way. I appreciate any education i can get out of it! Thank you,
Thats awesome manny!! Im just starting my journey this year So hopefully in 10 years i'll be able to to do the same!

I Currently live in the Worcester County and i'm looking to start investing in real estate, i'm currently studying and taking in as much information about investing as i can but i do not want to get stuck in analysis paralysis.

is there anyone from the area that can give me some tips on starting out around here?(on wholesaling, flips, and investing in general) is this area a good area to start in the MA area?

i'm very teachable and would love to develop some sort of mentorship with some people that's successful in this area of the country.

Also, it'd be cool if there is anyone that could connect me with some lenders, wholesalers and other people who invest in general.

thank you for your time.
