Newbie from Leominster, Massachusetts
Hi my name is Felipe Goncalves and i currently work in the plastic industry in Leominster, MA. For those of you that know, this city used to be all about plastic!
I'm 22 years old and very persintant, driven, and very determined to have a career and build an empire in real estate. Even though i work a full time job as a CSR i'm currently working on getting my license to sell real estate and hopefully will be able to begin my career in real estate that way.
The end goal for me to sell properties, to own rental properties and to flip houses. I believe that starting young will help me in the long run as i have a lot to learn in order to achieve my goals! I figured it was a smart move joining BP to get familiar and learn with the community while i work on my education, licensing and i hope to flip my first house by the end of next year.

I also started investing in residential RE when I was 22! I am from Leominster MA! I am currently a buy and hold investor in the area. I have a lot of experience in this area. I recently got my real estate salesperson license to facilitate my investing goals. It is much easier in the current competitive REI environment to enter homes and make offers when you don't have to wait around for other agents to get you in the door.
