Are turn key properties good or bad for new investors

@Joshua D.have you ever thought about instead of putting the money back into the business put it in a whole life Insurance plan ?

@Joshua D oh man I feel her pain that is very upsetting imagine going to an office every day in a cubicle answering to people having people tell you what to wear what to eat tell you when you can take vacations it’s annoying instead of seeing her working as a contribution you should see it as it holding you guys back. At this point you should of been teaching her everything you know so that you don’t feel alone and B she can contribute the same way you are. If anything happens god forbid both of you guys should know the business in and out 🙂investing in ourselves mentally and financially is a great feeling working a 9-5 doesn’t not really give you that feeling

@Dennis M.i don’t think that is a fair question a lot of people like myself didn’t have someone to teach us about saving. I was raised around people who are small minded and believed in living pay check to paycheck no father figure no mother no one to teach me how to save and use my finances. Like myself and many others where brained washed into thinking going to college is the best choice got stuck with college loans etc. imagine going to school for four years get a job in corporate America making little to no money to support you and living expenses. The number one solution is not to judge someone on the past but to help them In the present because that comment can cause someone to be depressed 😒 even I read that and was like damn what have I been doing.

I was In the same boat because of student loans. I took a second job in order for me to save it’s tough in the beginning but you will be glad that you did
