Hi Lydia,

OMG are you kidding me about the tiny houses, that is what I want to do after I learn how to wholesale, filp, rehab and have some passive income, maybe before that.☺ I am aware there isn't a wholesaling school lol , I was actully looking for a mentor/ coaching apprentices program in Tacoma Seattle area or even Oergon.

My question is when do I get my LLC and where do I get contracts agreement forms? Thats why I wanted to join a mentor program so I would have access to alI of what I need.

I want to start like today!! and Im getting tired of searching☺ any advise? 4 the old old Newbie?

Thanks

But you can get a lot of info just listening to the podcast for instance I was driving for dollars and had a bunch of houses that got the letters I sent returned and I said “now what” do thy just sat there then on a podcast they talked about skip tracing now I have phone numbers. The first thing to do is get leads once you have someone to talk to you can get started. I learned where to buy leads but if you don’t have the funds just driving for dollars is cheap. good luck.

Hi everyone,  Im very new to this. I have attened a Fortune Bulider 3 day work shop which Im not able to get into the Mastery program due to not having the cost for the program. What I did learned from FB is that I should start off as wholesaling. I have search other schools but all are out of state and I preferred to be locally if possible.

I have been told to joing local groups which I working on.

If anyone has any thought please responed. Thanks
