Auction.com has started to list a lot of houses that have families still in them. To me that's like buying a headache. No thanks. In the past we have had some success in buying on Williams and Williams and Hudson and Marshall websites.

We use Dewitt in St Charles for our non occupied homes. They have been great for us in our business as they know we turn over the policies/homes quite quickly.
