Wanted to get BP advice on crowd funding. A friend of mine showed me different examples of how to invest with minimal risk. I know it yields small profit depending on the investment. I just wanted to see if any of you have tried this type of investing even if it's for another stream of income. Let me know your thoughts!

Hey BP! Just noticed I never took a moment to introduce myself. I've been on BP for a couple months now. I've been trying to gain all the knowledge possible in regards to REI. I am going with an succeed no matter what approach. I am in my education phase now looking for a possible mentor in my area and working on my financing options! I just want to use BP to help me build and grow a successful career. I hope to connect with as many people as possible! Can't wait to work with you members!!

Good Morning BP! I've posted a few times and got some really great responses. Here is my dilemma now. I currently own a home that I love. As I look for ways to get some doors in my portfolio, I'm thinking ahead. I currently have 80k in positive equity in my house. Here is my question. Should I take out that equity to purchase my first property? My other option is refinance and use a line of credit for a down payment. ultimately, I want to move to a new home and rent out my current house. What is the best avenue I should take? Thanks in advance for your answers

Good afternoon Edward. I am also in Columbus Oh. I am also starting out and connecting to local people to build my "team". Good luck on your journey. Let's connect to keep in touch
@Bob Green Honestly, I am more so looking at them key but not against doing hard work in rehabbing. whatever makes the most sense financially is the way I will always lean.
Good Afternoon BP! This is Farris from Columbus Oh. My partners and I are zeroing in on our first multi family unit. We are in search for financing with the best terms. I'm sure this question may have been addressed, but I was hoping for local clarification. I have accounts with a large bank and a credit union personally but not for business. My question is, who would give us the best chance/rate for a new project? Columbus market is booming and I want to get the best chance to get going with minimal headaches. Thank you in advance for your response.
