Hello everyone,

We signed a contract with a real estate management company to list, advertise, show and manage our rental property in Aurora, CO. It has been 15 days and they have only listed our condo for rent but the listing has so many errors and they have not corrected the errors after 1 week. They are also pushing us to have an electronic lockbox on the property as they have limited resources and the listing agent assigned to us is off on Saturdays and Sundays!!! As a result of their poor service and lack of resources to rent out our condo to a qualified tenant, in a safe and timely manner, we want to terminate our contract with them but they're asking for more than 3 months of rent. All they have done so far is uploading a listing of our new condo with low quality photos and incorrect information.

Are there any resources we can use (other than hiring an attorney), to terminate our contract with this company?
