Just came from a seminar in San Francisco. Cost me $197 with a 14-day refundable. The Fortune Builders first cost to join is $30k to $50k.  3 levels of education: Platinum, Diamond, & Inner - Circle. If you just want to go to the seminar, it is full of lots of information.  And, if you know what you are doing, you can take this information and run with it.

However, if you feel you need the Mastery Course, you can always come in with 3 people and slip the cost. I sure wish I had some one whom I can slip the cost with.

It was an ARM loan. And was denied modifucation because this is a rental and not my main residence. After purchasing the house, I am on the Liver Transplant List, collecting disablity.

My morgatge went up from $800 month to $1400 a month have to short sale a house, any advise? This is my investment home on deer island in Florida. Live in Ca.

On a fixed income...NationStar will not remodify my loan.  Don't make enough money to get another loan. Is there something else I can do?
