Quote from @Jay Statzer:

First thing I noticed was the 4 testimonials online in videos never tell you what the deal was, Not how much offered, not how much repair, not what ARV, just a bunch of scripted, formatted empty gratitude. Plus none ever mention a deal after the first. Comments are disabled, yeah I know they mostly attract trolls, but maybe they would include some amens? I looked at this and passed. I see the deal Genie in others' programs for less entry cost. Thanks BP community for giving us these forums.

Hello,
What similar programs do you know? Would you please share?

The Fast Track to Wealth is a taste of Ron LeGrand. If you want to learn the business you need to attend the 4 day Quick Start Real Estate School...several times lol. You can attend it for free monthly for a year. The cool thing with the pandemic is a lot of them are online so you don't have to fly anywhere and can hop on and off for the sections you are interested in.

How do i attend it for free?

Why nobody is willing to mention the cost of the program to attend? Looks like everybody has shut their mouth at the direction of someone! Sorry to say that!

Quote from @Sarah Khan:

This company is a scam, they have mediocre software and zero support. Peter Vekselman himself is a joke and his partner Julia has no idea how real estate works, they sell this software and business model which leaves users in middle of nowhere and then they do not have a refund policy, any program who has no refund policy is basically a scammers group. They do not actually have any money coming in that's why they charge so high and keep changing names so that no one can recognize them and they take a new identity every few years, do not sign anything with them!!!

Salam Sister. Did you find any mentor by the way? Looking to start into real estate myself.
