Post: Bird-Dogging - Finding Investors

Hello all! I have recently acquired a tool that will help me to quickly find information about properties all over the country including foreclosures and preforeclosures, tax assessment values, last sale date, current owner, condition, comparative analysis, etc.

I would really like to start working as a "bird-dog" but I'm not sure about the best way to find investors. Also, what kind of information are most investors looking for from a 'bird-dog"?

Thanks for any/all help!

Dave :goofy:

John,

I found ONE. And when I tried to get in touch with the club several times, I never got a response from them. I know it's not an excuse and I will keep trying, but that is what happened.

First of all me and the hubby are kicking ourselves for paying for wholesaling infomation(on how to do it) it wasnt even that thorough- I wish we would have found this place first.

There is so much infomation here that I seriously come on here 4or more times a day. I love how it is closely watched here so that no scammers come on as well. That is a comfort.

My head hurts alot from all the info on here, but I love this site. :)

Post: Tax Lien and Deed Auctions

Hello. I am exploring the route of tax liens and deed auctions (or over the counter) as a possible investment route for diversification in REI. I have heard that these forms of investment can turn a great profit; however, I'm not sure that I fully trust the source. Does anyone have experience in these areas that can shed some light here? Thx!
