@Paul Choi Thanks for the advice! I too believe that doing some research, finding the special deal and with forced appreciation, such as making improvements as you mentioned, can bring positive cash flow.

Does anyone have any tips on investing in Multi Family Homes in CA? Yes I am reading books, forums, blogs, watching videos and listening to podcasts about investing in RE, but any more information before actually investing would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
