Ben makes this sound quite hard to accomplish,yet I've been told that wholesaling is not rocket science by numerous peolpe who are successful in real estate.Yes you have to have knowledge,as with anything,but I didn't know you had to know all these technical terms like Ben was mentioning.

What can the consumer do now if he is going into foreclosure on his home,yet can't get cooperaton from the bank and now can't recieve a private loan?They make it so hard for law abiding citizens to remain honest and upstanding!
