don't get me wrong...l am getting my real estate license.....its just a peace of mind and setting myself for success......l just want to learn more from experience investors like those here on the BP.

I am confused on what is the difference betwwen Wholesaling and double closings. Are the one of the same or are they different.? When l have read about the two, they sound the same like the same type of transaction, just one you are trying to find a buyer to the contract and the other you actually purchase and sell the home and close the same day.

I am a new REI. l would like to know where are all the REI meetings. I live in the Euclid area and do not mind traveling. I need to network with experienced wholesalers and other investors, so that l can start finding and closing deals. Does anyone has any advice of how l should go about it lawfully step by step? I have read many items and watched many podcast. But l am a bit confused about how to get out there and do it with the proper forms and steps. I would love all the advice from all the experience Cleveland Wholesalers and other investors.
