Hey everyone! I have a business owner who is seeking for an investor partner to purchase an apartment complex. I need some advice on ways I can advise my client to seek out for one and what to look out for when looking to partner up with another investor.

Hello, I am a Project Manager for an investing company that I believe would be interested in this property. If this is still available, I would like to connect.

Thank you so much for the details. I surely will continue to build in my home town... Thank you

That would be great..! What is the best way to connect and talk about how we can contribute to one another's goals..?.?

Hello,

I am a new mortgage loan office and I would like to know how to connect and build a solid relationship with more real estate agents from different  states. What are the best ways to find agents and how do I know if they will be committed. I get alot of leads outside of Ohio (where I am located), but I find it harder to build a solid relationship with agents out of state. Any advice that can helo..??

WOW.... not to get all teary eyed but THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE.......I can not express how that helped.......meeting with my local REIA next week and hopefully l can find a mentor as some of you have mentioned. Very excited and nervous but l will step out and do my best....l will surely keep everyone posted......

BP members are the BEST....!!!!

So, l have read the BP's beginners guide, read through many forums, and listen to many podcast. They are very helpful and l will continue to do so. There is so much to learn. It does give me that boost of encouragement to step out and then that "F" word hits me like a bag of bricks.

FEAR of stepping out and doing it all wrong.......

FEAR of being rejected and never being able to close a deal......

just FEAR.....FEAR...FEAR....

If any of the seasoned investors on here wouldn't mind sharing how they overcome their fear when they first started, if you had any. And if you didn't, l would like to hear your advice. This would help me much and hopefully other newbies like me who are members on BP.

Thanks much...!!!!

thank you for the heads up

Our first mortgage is a VA Loan mortgage. I will check with our bank if we qualify for 2 mortgages.

Hello to all of my experience REI.....!!!

I need some advice....

As many may already know, l am an inspiring new investor. My husband and l saw a 2-unit property in Onterio, OH. One unit is has 3 BR, 1.5 bath 2 car garage ranch unit, second unit is a 2 BR, 1.5 bath 2 car studio style unit. 2,833 sq ft. Lots of additional parking. Separate utilities including water & sewer. We would like to pay nothing but taxes and insurance. The asking price is $144,500.

Now, my husband and l are planning to move to Ontario,OH in 2 yrs from Euclid, OH. We are thinking about investing in a property there as a rental and than move into one of the units when we move in 2yrs. Since we already have a mortgage on our current property, we would like to know ways in which we can finance this new property without doing a down payment. Should we get another mortgage? How would you go about this venture if it was you????
