It might not be a bug but a functionality thing. When on the forums front page and click on a thread from a page other than the first page then click back it defaults back to the first page of threads. This is annoying if you are browsing through threads and want to pick up where you left off and need to go back to the page you were browsing on.

Mixer valves are also adjustable to set the output temperature. This is a lot easier to set than trying to dial the water heater in.

If I remember correctly:
130* at sinks
110* at bath

I provide all of my tenants with my Google Voice number. Google Voice allows you to setup business hours and any calls out side of that time frame can either be forwarded to another number or go directly to VM.

Mass security deposits must be deposited into a seperate interest earning account in the state and the tenant must be named as the beneficiary.

I open all my SD accounts at BOA. Ask for an escrow account, most of the time the clerk won't know what you are talking about, tell them "like the realtors use". You'll need your tenants SSN when opening the account.

The tenant must be provided with the bank's information and account #.

"Pressed for specifics, Obama suggested he'd be open to joining Republicans in calling for a moratorium on earmarks and taking a second look at a controversial provision in the health care law that requires businesses to file 1099 tax forms for large purchases."

I purchased an REO 4-unit that had a single run down boiler and for about $1500 a unit installed NG Rinai wall furnaces in each of the units. Has worked out great for me so far.
