Need expert advise on investing 2 mil cash for min of 10% ROI.

My tenant filed bankruptcy.  She is on a month to month lease in Maryland

Can i evict her ?

I am planning to refinance my rental properties which are free and clear. 

Planning to take out $1mil

Are there any tax implications on this money after the refinance ?

Do i have to invest this money or keep in my savings account ?

A house was sold without washer / dryer in Maryland.  

There was no mention of washer / dryer in the contract anywhere, however the listing says new washer / dryer will be conveyed.

All real estate experts, please advise.

I have two offers on my listing as follows:

First one $ 325,000 without Home Inspection

Second $325, 000 with home inspection and escalation clause of $ 5,000 up to $350,000.  

Just wondering if I can pick up the first one without any issues.
