thank so much. We were there tonight and decided it wouldn't be right. I am from the west coast and no matter where the property is located, it will sell or rent. Not so much in the ATL because here is so much to choose. I appreciate the input.

Hello,

I purchased a rental property near the new dome downtown Atl and got really lucky in terms of purchasing on a nice street with a strong neighborhood association. Looking at another that needs complete rehab & street is a mess; vacant lot next door & two vacant house across the street.

Beautiful rehabs right around the corner. Take a chance?? Hate to pass it up it's so inexpensive. Comps are all over the place but know Invan rent it. Please help😊
