I’m curious to get some data on what people are spending on water/sewage each month on their duplexes….

As the owner, water/sewage are the utilities I expect to pay myself. Let me know what experience you have and what monthly cost you paid for these utilities.

What are your thoughts on investing in a property that is currently vacant? How difficult is it to find tenants that are willing to pay market rent? Is it safer to find a property already occupied?
