If you or Dan start lending in Michigan please let me know! I do know you can lend 10 times here before having to register for any type of license or anything!

This would be a 2nd lien position which is why the APR offered is so high to cover the additional increase in risk. I am also willing to offer a percentage of the back end profit as well. Hello, thank you for your post! A lender wouldn't but a private investor wanting to make a good return would, and a private investor is what I am looking for. It just depends on if the private investor wanted 1st or 2nd lien position, how much capital they had to invest and if they wanted to invest it this way. Plus, once this deal is done, there are future deals as well if the investor wants to invest again. Thank you!
