Thank you both for the reply, and sorry for the delayed response! I think JR Photography would work best for this specific project. I will reach out to her.

Hello, Raleigh! I'm looking for a great local photographer to take photos of my STR. Any recommendations for experienced STR photographers? Thanks!

I'd love to go but I just confirmed a sitter for the BP meetup on the 10th! I can come next month if it's more spread out and I have time to arrange it. See you tonight for Cashflow! I'll get you this time... ;-)

Thanks so much, @Jason A. and @Whitney Hutten. I'll come up with a customized solution after checking out Dealcheck.io. I'll also put in a request with @Account Closed for a better system for those of us using HELOCS to brrrr.

Hello, @Jason A. Can you give us some insight into what your calculation tweaks ended up being to make your HELOC work with the existing brrrr calc? Wish this was an option in the calc. Thank you!!

Thanks @Joseph Agins- appreciated. I'll start my hunt for a good HELOC now, in case it takes a long time to obtain.

Two questions that maybe someone in this thread can answer. 1. Does it take 60 something days to get a HELOC if it's on your primary residence? 2. Is anyone experiencing the fact that banks are tightening up on HELOCS right now? I want to work on getting one now so that I can pull the trigger on the right rental property as soon as the fog starts to settle on c-19 and we can see where things are at. I also want to make sure I do and say the right things to maximize my chances. Would telling them that I want to brrr a property with it minimize my chances, or does that depend on the bank? Thanks and stay safe!

Thank you @Nicole A.! The home in question for my HELOC is my primary residence, which I own outright. I wasn't sure if they would want to dive into what I'd be doing with the moola, as I've never attempted to secure one. I don't have a typical day job, so I'm hoping I can still secure a line. Anyhow, you've answered my question perfectly- thank you so much and happy investing!

Late to the party, but I don't feel guilty because this thread began years ago and has been added to up until 8 months ago! ;-) @Nicole A.- how did you talk to the bank about getting a HELOC for property investment. I know that they are more relaxed than with mortgages, but should I apply for the HELOC when I'm ready to pounce on a property, or well beforehand? How does the bank generally feel about using the line for a brrrr? Do you recommend a specific way of approaching this with them? I won't 'pounce' on a property until after C-19 reveals what it will do to the market, but I want to be good and ready so I don't miss any opportunities. Thanks!!
