Thank you, Mr. Okenwa.

I really appreciate your input on this. As we prepare for our move, we are interested partnering with a real estate broker/agent that is educated in the market. I will certainly reach out to you offline to see if you have any availability to discuss further.

Thank you for your time.

V/R,

Good Morning,

My name is Evan and my wife and I are planning to move to Phoenix in June, 2022. I am an active duty service member moving on orders and we are interested in purchasing a multi-family residence. We intend to utilize our VA loan and are interested in anything from a duplex-quadplex to house hack. We are additionally interested in partnering with a real estate broker who can help us pursue rental properties and flips while we prepare for the move.

We have hard money/private money lenders in place and are ready to get started.

Looking to connect with like minded investors/brokers who can help us identify the deals for us to pursue.

I can't express how excited I am to move to this city, I hear great things.

Very Respectfully,

Evan

Thank you, All for the replies.

I have also tried reaching out to Reif Jax multiple times via email with no response. I do not see a phone number to reach someone with no luck.

I’m considering just registering to get involved, I was just hoping to get some more guidance. I’m loc to Fleming Island as well and would be very interested in attending the Fleming Island meet up if you have a point of contact I could reach out to in order to set up? I’m specifically interested in meeting with other investors/GC’s/flippers for the opportunity to share experiences, explore partnerships and see really just work on the networking piece.

I understand that COVID-19 has impacted us all and just want to make connecting with you all easier if anyway possible. I’m a newer investor finishing up first flip, beginning two new constructions as well as another smaller flip. Rentals is the goal but building the nest egg first to create that snow ball.

Very Respectfully

Good Afternoon, BP Investors. I am just wondering if we have a local chapter for Jacksonville, FL. I understand that there probably hasn't been opportunities for meet-ups due to COVID-19. I am wondering if there is an e-mail distribution to get on, or, is there any interest in creating a chapter? Looking forward to meeting you all and hearing some great stories! Very Respectfully, Evan
