Hi! 

My name is Evan

I'm currently seeking Joint Venture partners, investors, wholesalers, anyone really....

Here is a little bit about me

I've been working in real estate full time for the past 1 1/2 years while simultaneously being a full time college student. I've analyzed over 1,000 potential deals as an analyst for a high volume investor. From MLS to IRS seized property auctions to trustee sales, etc.. I'm familiar with various methods of acquiring properties as well as various types of investments such as purchasing tapes of non performing loans to picking up cheap mobile homes. I've been apart of *somewhere north of 60 flips in the past year (throughout all price ranges) , honestly, I lost count. The time has come, I am now venturing out to create a real estate based investment business of my own. I have built a great network over the past 1 1/2 years and I am constantly looking to grow it larger. While I'm always growing my knowledge, I already have great experience, motivation, capital & even a sense of humor! so If you're in California and real estate, its very likely we can add value to each others life, leave a reply or message me and lets work together!

Hi @Luis Calvillo, we're all cash buyers in the southern California market. We're our own principle and always close on our deals. We currently buy around 4-6 SFRs a/month all price ranges & we're always looking to buy.

@Josie Roman We mainly focus on SFR flips in all price ranges with a few multi unit deals once in awhile. How ever, we have done land purchases, subdivisions, larger builds, etc.. We'll take a took any real estate related deals.
