My name is Evan, I am new to the forum and new to real estate investing. I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast for about 9 months now.
To give a little background about myself. For the past 2 years, I have worked as a software developer. Prior to software, I worked as a residential property manager.
I recently became interested in wholesale real estate as my entry point to real estate investing.
I am testing different ways to find motivated sellers i.e. bandit signs, probate, and tax-delinquent lists.
I reached out to one of the counties I am interested in finding wholesale deals and they sent me their tax delinquent list. After receiving the list I realized that I didn't quite know what I was looking for/at. I am hoping the BP community might have some insight into understanding these lists or some resources I could use so I can learn more about the lists.
Below is some sample data from the county:
