Hey Phil looking at this data it looks like a solid deal. I’ve also been looking in the Victorville/ Hesperia area (my first deal). I am located pretty close to you actually in North Fontana. If you ever want to collaborate or if you need any help in anything just let me know!
Anything that is negative cashflow is a bad deal in my opinion.
Hey Jason I’m also new to the Real Estate investing world. Located pretty close to you in North Fontana. And I also plan on going to the real estate investment club meeting this Saturday in Riverside. If you want to connect let me know!
Thankyou for that info Travis I just signed up for that meeting right now. I have 0 properties. I’m mostly looking at acquiring out of state rentals.
Hi guys My name is Evan Alexander I am located in Southern California, specifically the Inland Empire. I am pretty much 100% green in real estate investing but I decided it’s time to get a jump on it. Specifically, my mission is to obtain rental properties for cash flow. I read, listen to podcasts, etc, but nothing like the real thing. If anyone has pointers to give me or to steer me in the right direction let me know! Thanks!
