Building my list and so far i have absentee owners with homes that have alot of equity. I also want to target distressed landlords who want to give up their property. Should i look into court records to look for landlords with tenant disputes? What else should i do?

Hello, i'm looking for assistance in this particular area. I've been listening to many podcasts and many successful wholesalers have said that direct mailings are their favorite way to obtain leads. What's the best way to build your list? Many people have said listsource.com, anyone else use something else? Anyone go to the probate courts to look for leads?

Hey, may you explain a little more about direct mailings? Still confused. How can I go about getting lists? Any podcasts you would recommend?

Awesome! I put some bandit signs up yesterday, so far no calls. Anything else you used to get leads you would recommend?

You could also look into magnets for cars. Offer people a commission if you get a lead off of their group of magnets. Keep in mind with bandit signs the majority of the time you're not getting top quality property/leads.

Thanks for the information! What would you recommend I do to get top quality leads? Direct mailings? etc

Hello everyone, I'm located in NYC and I just started wholesaling. I'm in the process of hanging my bandit signs but I don't know what glue is it that people use to hang on metal poles.

Can anyone enlighten me and let me know the name?

Thanks!
