Hello, i'm looking for assistance in this particular area. I've been listening to many podcasts and many successful wholesalers have said that direct mailings are their favorite way to obtain leads. What's the best way to build your list? Many people have said listsource.com, anyone else use something else? Anyone go to the probate courts to look for leads?
