Are you still looking to fill this position?

I am curious as to what all professionals are necessary for the common REI. I figure that most people have a trusted CPA on call, as well an RE Attorney. Others may find an Entity Attorney helpful when forming LLC, MMLLC, so on.

My root question though is what else do most investors find helpful to have a contact for?

I understand this will be subjective off of what investing is taking place, what is the portfolio target, what is the area, etc. I am more just curious as to who you have had to come into a relationship with and why.

To add to Lien Vuong's idea, looking at rankings or just overall school performance will tell you a lot. A school that performs well, typically (of course there are exceptions) will be a school that is financially supported and stable. This is not a 'standard' at all to go by but there is a high correlation there from what I have noticed.

@Bryce DeCora I am by trade a DevOps engineer with more experience in Python. I have worked in JS a bit and starting to work in Go at the moment for some REI inspired work. I am typically a Backend dev when I have worked in traditional development, however I am flexible to learn more Front-End. What stack are you using for this CRM?

Amazing! Would love to Chris!

Thanks Allan. I figured there were multiple, my searches were not finding the particulars I wanted. I appreciate it man!

I am trying to locate a service that supplies you a phone number that can be called with an auto-voicemail attached. Lead calls >> leaves voicemail >> file made available to me. I am looking for options(if available) to integrate into a digital lead aggregation tool.

Would love to collaborate with someone on this and offer them a Beta of this when available for free use.

Looking to aid individuals and small businesses automate tedious (mind-numbing) tasks to reduce dependency on manual (error-prone) labor. Will work for cheaper (drastically) than normal hourly rates in exchange for experience, education, wisdom.

Looking for experience working with popular CRM software packages, PM software, previously built integrations.

Would love to set up zoom call to introduce and acclimate ideas and values!

Can supply references and LinkedIn upon request. (Note: I am coming from a software engineering background, and looking to break into REI space)

Just to confirm, you are open to remote (not PA local)?
