Hey everybody my name is Ethan Keams. I am a Marketing/Economics major at Arizona State
University. I'm writing this because I am searching for a mentor in the area of Phoenix, AZ. I am a great speaker and networking is definitely my strong suit along with marketing. My interest at this point is wholesaling and I just have some pretty general questions. I've been into this for about two weeks and have learned a healthy amount through research I have done, but there came a point when I realized I just want to go into it and can't continue standing around. I have a lot of what I believe to be innovative marketing strategies I am already executing them, however I still have a few questions. With creating my own strategies and connecting with tons of people I already feel a passion for real estate but it is very difficult. Through my marketing campaign (which I just began a week ago) I have already received a call. The guy wanted to sell me his house, but unfortunately he wanted full market value so I just contacted a real estate agent I have been talking to and now he is working with the guy. My point in saying that is, my marketing expertise is profound in my very humble opinion, of course I just did not have the knowledge to make that work. My optimism from first hearing about it has slowly declined (heard about it from a Guru who made it sound so easy) but I have not let that stop me and just began researching more and more. I don't want to do this as a hobby but turn this into my career and my aggressive mindset will surely lead me down that path however I truly feel like I will not be comfortable doing this until I know I have someone I can rely on in the industry. I am very well prepped for this career and believe my talents paired with a great mentors knowledge will be more than beneficial for the both of us.
Much appreciated,
Ethan Keams
