Wow @Josh McCullough that's pretty impressive to have 13 of them! Seems very smart because they require such a small investment compared to other real estates. I've heard single wide mobile homes can generate good returns on investment. I'll have to check that book out

Hello everyone! I am currently trying to find the right first investment property. I am 22 years old and in the process of learning about real estate investing! I am soon to be attending Auburn University and have been looking for real estate near campus that can create a positive cash flow.
