@JD Martin Do you mind sharing the free application that you use please?

Hi Darren,

I’m very sorry for my late reply. I totally understand your reasonings. I will happy appreciate any information you share please. Thank you.

Can anyone please share tips on how to screen prospective tenants post the eviction moratorium? Currently hosting an open house to rent out our first rental apartment.

Hello all. My partner and I just purchased our first duplex in NJ and completed renovating each unit. Now that we are ready to rent, is it illegal to ask prospective tenants to provide proof of previous rent payments from the last 12 months?

I’ve the same question, following this thread.

@Darren Sager This is an old post, but may you please share your lease with me as well?

@Kevin Hill Thanks for providing you feedback regarding lease addendum. Is this option still current today? If possible, may you recommend a site where I can obtain a lease please.

Hi, did you end up installing the commercial W & D?

@Allan Smith Do you have any tips for a new landlord and how to be a good DIY property manager? I will appreciate any feedback, thank you.
