@Ashish Acharya

Congratulations! Exciting to hear how much you and your partner have already achieved so far! Curious question, how did you divvy up the 19% between vacancy/credit loss and CapEx, or are they different for each property?

@Cedrick Mahieux

Thank you for the insightful response. I truly appreciated the answers to my questions!
Mindset, like you emphasized, is an critical factor to achieving goals whether it be REI or life. Curious to know, if there were specific books (like 10 X rule) that articulated the kind of mindset needed to achieve his or her goals, or if it was developed from consistent routine setting/actions, or from overcoming adversity, or all of them?

Thank you for taking the time to read this!

A book recommended to me by my mentor is Cashflow Quadrant. After having read Rich Dad Poor Dad, this book enhanced the way I see myself and others operate!

Really appreciated you taking the energy and effort to compile all the podcasts into an very neat and viewer friendly presentation!  Was there something that came out of this that you never realized from before taking on this analysis project? Maybe it was something everyone repeated (one too many times) and you never realized the significance of it, or a interesting piece of data you observed from a person mentioning about it? I'd love to hear your personal take on this!

Of the places I've lived, Colorado Springs has been a great location to live for me!

@Jon Kelly

Thanks for sharing your deal! What software did you use in the highlights that you showed? Is it something that you just created? Definitely a user friendly interface!

Absolutely! It's awesome that you referenced the BP book, a book I can truly appreciate as well.

Did you have a real estate agent help you get the comps and MLS for this deal?

Can't wait to hear about your future fix and flip successes!

Thank you for replying!

How has the Atlanta market been, especially with COVID? Are there more interested buyers with SFH?
