I Found Something! I found Circuit for Teams (route planner). It's software that both maps and routes 100+ addresses. The best part is that is Free. But be careful, there are purchasing options. I am an ios user soo... 

It was NOT hard.

All I had to do was download a new app on my phone (it was safe).

I had to go to my desktop/laptop and sign in and it was free to my surprise.

Then I uploaded my 185 addresses with no issue. So happy

Before it mapped and routed it asked me how many drivers would be in my team and I choose one but it allowed me the option to put four people without charge. You need the driver's email address. The drivers need to download the app on their phones so you can share with them the routed map. 

I have an additional email address so I added myself, just to check it out. I am impressed with this...

I am looking for software that Maps and Routs 100+ addresses.

Hello, my name is Esteban Baez. I am a real estate investor in Marion County Florida. I am Door Knocking my Leads. I am having trouble finding software that I can load 100+ addresses and it will not only map them but also routes the addresses efficiently for driving and knocking on doors. If you know of a software that Maps and Routes 100+ address, please reply

There are landlord leases that are available to pro members ( Annual Only). They update annually and are approved?... I am currently a pro member but choose to pay monthly. Is it worth upgrading to (Annual) in order to acquire those leases? There is another option that BiggerPockets offers: The purchase of one state landlord leases for approximately $100. ( Does this lease update annually to?)
