There are landlord leases that are available to pro members ( Annual Only). They update annually and are approved?... I am currently a pro member but choose to pay monthly. Is it worth upgrading to (Annual) in order to acquire those leases? There is another option that BiggerPockets offers: The purchase of one state landlord leases for approximately $100. ( Does this lease update annually to?)
