Lately, I have been seeing several emails related to Tax Sale Overages and becoming a Certified Asset Recovery Specialist.  I was wondering if anyone out there has any experience doing these types of deals.  Just wondering.  Looking forward to hearing back.

Hello BP Community.  I am interested in wholesaling in Prince George's County, MD and wanted to know if there are any experienced wholesalers in my area that are willing to assist me in my quest.  I have done some research on the subject but would like to get some first hand information from someone who is currently doing it in this area.  Someone willing to take on an "apprentice", so to speak.  Looking forward to hearing back.

Thank you all for your responses and recommendations.  I will definitely check out the podcasts.  I am actually interested in learning more about wholesaling and investing in foreclosures.  I don't have much capital to start with, so I will also need to figure out the best way to fund any deals.  I will continue to use all of the tools and information on this site.

I am in Prince George's County, MD and new to real estate investing.  I am looking forward to learning as much as I can about the different aspects of real estate investing.  I am looking to build a network of reliable, real estate friendly Realtors, accountants, title companies, contractors, etc. in Prince George's County.  If anyone is able to provide names and contact information of companies that provide these services in my area, that would great!
