no I didn't lose any money the deal had actually just fell in my lap and he was selling it to me on contract for deed everything was snowballing and then it can to a screeching halt

It wasn't something I did the seller was buying from a bank but they sold it out from under him

What's the best way to find foreclosures that's been on a banks books for awhile but for whatever reason they haven't listed them
