Do any land lords let their tenants Airbnb the premises and take a cut of profits?
Hello all, I am looking for recommendations for local lenders and realtors who work with have experience working with investors. This will be my first home purchase. I'm thinking of going the owner occupied multi family route with fha or trying the house hacking thing with conventional, getting roommates and Airbnb'ing to raise additional capitol. If anybody has had success with open doors, I'd love to hear about that too. I figure I may as well get my financing pre approved and start making the 20 or 30 offers it's gonna take to find that eventual winner. It's gonna be a long summer and fall. :)
