I buy in a lot of different counties.  Basically anything within 2 hours of Little Rock, although I may soon expand into NWA as well.

I don't know if this will be useful to anyone, but I recently started a Pinterest board with a few pictures of recent flips that I've done in Arkansas.  I have the exact materials, paint colors, and where to buy the materials listed.  I think this might have been helpful for me when I was starting out.  Maybe it can help someone else out.  My properties sell super fast and I think it's because of the schemes I use.

*** all lighting at least 5k color temperature, mainly LED.  very important !

There are definitely ways you can screw it up and violate Arkansas Real Estate Commission regulations.  The regulations apply to you even if you are not a licensed real estate salesperson.  Read the regulations or get your real estate license.

Hi.  I have bought around 300 properties over the past 11 years in central Arkansas, but I am new to the Bigger Pockets site.  I have listened to lots of their podcasts though.

I am the principal broker of a company.  I am also sitting for the Arkansas Bar Exam in July and (assuming I pass) will be a real estate attorney.

I mainly do flips & rentals, some of what you guys call BRRR, also some of what you call "wholetailing" (although I just learned both of these terms, I have been doing them for years!).

Just saying hi.  I'll try to peek around the forums from time to time.  Although I will admit, I am generally more interested in just doing it than talking about it.  But I figured I'd say hi.

Kathie, I'm based in LR.  Sent you a message.  I have bought around 300 properties in central AR but I am actually pretty new to bigger pockets, so not sure if I did it right.
