Hey everybody! I'm very new in RE and very new in Milwaukee. I don't have yet a deal under my belt, but it's my goal by the end of the year. I'm looking in to buy and hold REI and flip some here and there. I have a question for people who invest in Milwaukee. What is the "best" area in Milwaukee to invest and what is ones to avoid?! Streets, neighborhoods, for buy and hold as well as flip. Also is it worth to flip condos here? I see allot condos super cheep, but since not familiar with neighborhoods very well don't want do it. Thank you very much BP.
