What a transformation! Nice job!

Inspiring story.

I upgraded from basic to Plus about month ago, and i payed for whole year $90, now I want to upgrade from Plus to Pro, and wondering if i have to pay $290 or just $200 because i already paid $90. The $90 is no biggie, it's more a curiosity question.

@Dawn Anastasi, thank you for your post. Things couldn't be better! I just landed great job opportunity so I'll be able to save down payment/holding cost much faster for a my first property!. I joined local REIA, we had 2 amazing meetings so far. I did put 500 miles in last month or so driving around MKE and looking in to areas I would like to invest. Also been reading/listening bigger pockets at least 2 hours a day!

@William Newman I've listened all 70+ podcasts at least 2-3 times, allot of great info there. I do know few investors but they are in different states. I learned some things from them too. I'll definitely going to drive around Milwaukee areas to find out whats good whats not. Thank you for your help.
