Thank you for the reply. Yes, I heard that as well. There is lots of development opportunities in Charlotte. I have a family member out there who also told me about Concord, NC. I am getting excited to take that step in 2019. I will for sure contact you.

Hello, just starting out and I am interested in taking my rental investing portfolio to Charlotte or Durham NC. The city is growing. Does anyone currently rent in Durham or Charlotte?

I run numbers all day long. I like what I get on a lot of them. Thanks for any feedback.

Yes @Kyle Mitchell I love the sound of 400 in a year. I read your profile about 5000 units as 5 yr goal. Very doable with the right funding behind you. Good luck with everything! I am on the East coast looking across the nation for deals and investors looking to get a return over and over again.

Just starting my Rental investing. I have the real estate knowledge and connections with other brokers to find good deals. I listened to many podcasts as well as spoke will many experienced rental investors. I am ready to kick in the door and make my name known. Any advice is great advice. Thank you!
