Just curious if he said anything about this:

Before you even spend $49, you might want to read this.

Over $1.5 Million, and that's just those who bothered to go to court!

Bringing the Grand Total to 27 that I know of!

When does this end!

When does Rachel Luna at the Texas State Securities Board care about this Austin Resident and Self Acclaimed Note Guru bilking his investors for hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars.

Before you listen to the Scott Carson (We Close Notes) Series on the various markets across the country, you might want to know who you are learning from.

There are now over 24 filed lawsuits that I know about (although only 18 are posted on the website, because my web designer is behind).

I am trying to prevent this from happening to anybody else.

Christopher is right.

Also, 18 lawsuits filed, 11 of them in 2019 alone!

I hope you find somebody better than this person.  Again, I have to wonder if somebody really knows the note business if they are continually unwilling or unable to pay their investors.

Well, if negative reviews build a guru's business, than Scott Carson should be the king.

Thank you all for your support.

Yes, I whole heartedly agree!

I think that if he were truly a good TEACHER

he would have to be a good NOTE INVESTOR

and the 11 lawsuits filed in just 2011 by people who have invested with him where he is either unable or unwilling to make things right with his investors leads me to believe the opposite.

Because I'm hoping other people check out this thread, I invite people who are considering doing a JV agreement with Scott to invest in notes -- to please check out this site.
